Instructions

Collection Instructions:

  • Draw blood in a lavender-top (EDTA) MICROTAINER(S)® from a heelstick.
  • Label the sample with the baby's Cerner or MS4 Label. The label should have full name, medical record number or history identification number, date collected, time collected, and the collectors initials.
