Follow system Double Spin Process
Includes: Anti-thrombin III Activity, Protein C Activity, Cardiolipin IgG and IgM, Factor VIII Activity, Protein S, Free, Lupus Anticoagulant
Draw 2 Blue tops; 2 aliquots - each containing 1.0 cc frozen plasma. Double spin and only remove the top 2/3 of plasma.
Also required 2 mL frozen serum from a Serum separator tube (SST)
