Instructions
Centrifuge and transfer plasma from whole blood within 24 hours of collection. Transfer plasma to a polypropylene (plastic) tube with cap. Label as EDTA plasma. Place in a specimen bag with a frozen label applied. Leave 1/2 inch (10mm) of space at top of tube. Avoid thawing and refreezing.

Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
Serum is unacceptable and will be rejected.
