Clinical Significance

Clinical Significance:Screen for systemic rheumatic disease; positive results will cascade as described at an additional charge. Initial Reflex: Add Cascading Reflex 1 dsDNA antibody, RNP antibody, Sm (Smith) antibody, Sm/RNP antibody, and chromatin antibody If Cascading Reflex 1 is negative: Add Cascading Reflex 2 SS-A (Ro) antibody, SS-B (La) antibody, SCL-70 antibody, and Jo-1 antibody If Cascading Reflex 2 is negative: Add Cascading Reflex 3 Ribosomal P and centromere B antibody
