Pure isolate collected in an anaerobic transport tube or isolate on plate in an anaerobic bag


Instructions
Swab or plate of pure culture in an anaerobic transport system.

Note: Stability of isolates will be determined by the laboratory. Organisms must be viable. Thioglycollate broth is not recommended.
