Instructions
- Draw specimen and immediately place on ice, if inpatient or emergency room patient send on ice.
- Must be received in lab within 90 minutes.
- If testing cannot be performed within 90 minutes, draw in Grey top NaF/KOx, separate and freeze plasma.
