A previous blood type should be in Cerner. If not, please order ABO/Rh Type, Blood also.
Includes cytomegalovirus (CMV) negative products (neonates), irradiated products, and leukoreduced products.
Platelet order for "Hold" will not be accepted.

  • The number of units requested, ordering physician, and the date and time to be given are required.
