High Sensitivity PNH Evaluation

Markers are CD14, CD15, CD24, CD45, CD59, CD64, CD235a (Glycophorin A), and FLAER.  In validation studies, this assay was shown to detect RBC and granulocyte PNH clones with frequency down to 0.01%.

Preferred Specimen
1 - 2 mL whole blood collected in purple top EDTA tube
1 - 2 mL whole blood collected in green sodium heparin


Instructions
Collect Monday - Friday only.  Sample must be received in Sendouts by 1400.
Keep tubes together and place in separate bag from other tubes for easier processing.


Transport Temperature
May be transported room temperature or refrigerated.
