(1) One oral or vaginal swab collected in Amies Liquid Transport Swab, Amies Gel Transport Swab, Amies Liquid Elution swab (ESWAB), or equivalent


Minimum Volume
1 swab • 5 mL urine


Other Acceptable Specimens
(1) One rectal mucosa swab (w/o feces) collected in Amies Liquid Transport Swab, Amies Gel Transport Swab, Amies • 10 mL unpreserved urine collected in a plastic, sterile leak-proof container
