2 mL citrated plasma collected in a 3.2% sodium citrate (light blue-top) tube, frozen immediately

Instructions
Draw light blue-top tube(s). Fill to complete volume, and mix well. Centrifuge 2000 x g for 10 minutes.
Remove plasma to a plastic centrifuge tube, using a plastic pipette. Centrifuge again. Pipette the platelet-poor plasma into clean, plastic, screw-capped vial(s). Freeze and ship frozen.
