Instructions
Draw blood in a lavender-top (EDTA) tube, and send 1 mL of EDTA whole blood Refrigerated up to 24 hours. After 24 hours the specimen will need to be split into 2 separate specimens and freeze only one of them!
***Hematocrit is required for this testing if not done in office.
