Instructions
Submit the following specimens:|Draw blood in 2 light blue-top tubes. Spin down and send 3 mL of platelet poor plasma frozen.|Draw a full, lavender-top (EDTA) tube. Do not centrifuge or transfer blood to other containers. Send EDTA whole blood at ambient temperature only.|Note: Indicate the specimen type on the sample label.
