Instructions
Draw blood in a light blue-top (3.2% sodium citrate) tube. Spin down and send at least 1 mL of citrate platelet-poor plasma frozen in plastic vial.

Specimen can be ambient for up to 4 hours. If specimen cannot be analyzed within 4 hours, plasma must be frozen.
