3 or 4 ml K2EDTA-(Lavender top tube) whole blood

Instructions
Avoid Hemolysis. Gently invert tube 10 times immediately at time of collection to mix anticoagulant throughout the specimen.

Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
Reject for Hemolysis, Clotted, <2ml, non-K2EDTA tube type, >48 hours old. If received frozen.
