7 mL Whole Blood K2EDTA (lavender top) tube--More sample may be necessary if Lymphocyte Count is decreased.

10 mL Whole Blood Sodium Heparin (Dark Green Top) tube at Room Temperature


Instructions
Specimens collected on Fridays must arrive in the laboratory by noon. Complete HLA ordered on patients who are being considered for living related donor tissue or organ transplant, or who do not respond to random white blood cell or platelet transfusions.
