Methodology
Real Time Reverse-Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) for the amplification, detection, and differentation of Human Influenza A Viral RNA, Human Influenza B RNA and RSV RNA from unprocessed nasopharygeal patient swabs.
