Due to possible cross-reactivity with other HLA antigens, confirmatory testing such as microlympocytotoxicity or PCR is recommended.



Clinical Significance

Assists in the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and Reiter syndrome.
