NOTE:  The CDC recommends for immigration requirements that nontreponemal testing be performed to screen for Syphilis.  Order RPR Qualitative w/ Reflex to Titer (RPR).

86780; 86592 will be added for RPR if test is Reactive; 86593 will be added for RPR Titer; 86780 will be added if TP-PA is needed

Includes
Treponemal IgM and IgG antibody detection. Reflex testing included RPR, RPR Titer, and Treponemal pallidum particulate agglutination.
Reactive Syphilis Screen test will reflex to RPR and TP-PA if needed. Titer will be provided if RPR is Reactive.

Instructions
Centrifuge for complete separation of serum and red cells. Refrigerate until testing can be performed.
