Instructions
Centrifuge for complete separation of serum and red cells.  If red tube is used, aliquot (transfer) serum into a standard transport tube.  Refrigerate until tested.

  • 15-30°C up to 8 hours
  • 2-8°C up to 10 days; otherwise freeze


Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles which may cause loss of antibody activity and give erroneous results.
