Message

Sample MUST be tested within 4 hours of collection. Please notify performing department before sending if possible. Any samples that will be drawn at a Patient Service Center (PSC) will need to be scheduled with the PSC prior to patient arrival in order to arrange for transport to the Central Laboratory.

Hemolyzed, clotted, under-filled, or over-filled samples will be rejected. Samples received refrigerated or frozen will be rejected.
