- 1 Tan tube (lead-free EDTA) - this tube has been discontinued by the manufacturer but can be submitted if not expired.

Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
- Clotted samples will be rejected

- Samples collected in a EDTA vacutainer tube will be rejected
