Instructions
Centrifuge for complete separation of plasma or serum and red cells. Aliquot plasma into a transfer tube and refrigerate until tested.

Clinical Significance
SSA (anti-Ro) / SSB (anti-La) antibodies may be detected in cases of congenital heart block, neonatal lupus, Sjögren&rsquo s syndrome and in approximately 30% of SLE patients.
