86780 If T. Pallidum Antibody is equivocal or reactive, then it will reflex to RPR Screen (CPT code: 86592). If RPR Screen is reactive, then it will reflex to RPR titer (CPT code: 86593). If the RPR screen is nonreactive, then it will reflex to T. pallidum Antibody, Particle Agglutination (CPT code: 86780).

If positive then reflex : Non-orderalbe RPR Screen with flex titer (code RPRTFX interface code %39036; If RPR screen is reactive, then reflex to Non-orderable RPR titer (code RPRTT interface code %36203); If RPR screen is non-react, then Treponema Pallidum Ab, PA (Code TRABPA interface code 653) will be performed.
