Instructions
Serum separator tube (gold top preferred) or a plain red top tube.
Transport Container
Centrifuge the serum separator tube and transport within 2 days of collection. if a plain red top tube, centrifuge and aliquot serum (Min. 1 mL) into a standard transport tube. If the specimen will not arrive within 2 days, serum aliquoted from the SST or plain red should be submitted frozen.
Transport Temperature
Refrigerated.
