Centrifuge  serum separator tube, lavender top, or yellow ACD tube  and aliquot 1.2 mL  serum or plasma  (Min: 0.4 mL) into a standard transport tube. Transport 1.2 mL CSF  in a sterile container. (Min: 0.4 mL)
