Instructions
Four special plastic screw top tubes obtained from the laboratory (Available from Client Services supply #13729) AND also a lavender top tube (EDTA). NOTE: Local draws only - the sample must be tested within 2 hours of draw. The laboratory must be called to schedule testing 24 hours in advance before the sample is drawn. Deliver to laboratory ASAP.
Transport Container
Whole blood special plastic screw top tubes (Min. 18 mL) and lavender top tube (Min. 2 mL): do not centrifuge either tube and keep ambient.
