Clinical Significance

The LiquidSEQ Panel is a multi-gene sequencing test that non-invasively assesses the genetic solid tumor profile of hundreds of genes including NCCN guieline recommendes biomarkers ties to therapy selection in late-stage cance patients through the analysis of plasma-derived cell-free DNA from a blood draw. It is indicated for all soolid tumore types including but not limited to lung, breast, colorectal, prostate and skin cancer. the liquid biopsy option is incresingly bein used as a non=invasive approach for identifyin treatment and resistance related biomarkers, assessing tumor mutation burden adn evaluating microsatelilite instability of tumors when a tissue biopsy is unavailable, inapproptiate, or insufficient for tissue=bas genomic profiling.
