Clinical Significance
The assay uses a 10-antibody panel to detect and identify chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells from normal B cells in the specimen. The assay provides analytical sensitivity as low as 0.002% to detect and quantify minimal residual disease (MRD) in CLL patients. It can be used to assess remission depth, guide clinical treatment and post treatment monitoring. This assay is not appropriate to diagnose patients with CLL.

Performing Laboratory
med fusion
