Clinical Significance
IGH/BCL3, t(14;19), rearrangement has been associated with B-cell lymphoproliferative neoplasms including occasional cases of chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL). It has been associated with lymphocytosis, atypical immunophenotype and lymphocyte morphology, unmutated IGHV gene, and an aggressive clinical course in CLL/SLL.

Performing Laboratory
