Specimen Stability
Swabs: Stable at 2°C to 30°C. Stable for 60 days.
Urine: Urines must be transferred into a urine collection device within 24 hours. Once in Aptima urine collection device, sampple is stable at     2°C - 30°C for up to 30 days.


Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
Any swab other than Aptima. no wooden handled swabs or calicum alginate swabs.
