Clinical Significance
All results require interpretation with the patient’s clinical context (ie, disease states) in mind. Creatinine: results <30 mg/dL generally suggest that the specimen is overly dilute. This can result in falsely low drug screen results.

Cutoffs used:
• Buprenorphine, 5 ng/mL
• Fentanyl, 1 ng/mL
• Methadone, 300 ng/mL
• Opiates, 300 ng/mL
• Oxycodone, 100 ng/mL
• Tramadol, 200 ng/mL
