MessageThis order is used by UML to place electronic orders for Pathology Review of blood smears for slides received from non-Epic clients.
Clients on Epic should place orders in Epic. The reviewing Pathologist will report their results directly in Epic and the final report will be
provided to clients. The reviewing pathologist will report their results directly in Epic and the final report will be provided to clients.

All slides must have 2 patient identifiers. Acceptable identifiers include: name, MRN, Dirthdate, Accession/SID
Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
Slides received with < 2 patient identifiers
