Required for Testing: 0.5 mL serum


Instructions
Specimen should be drawn immediatetly prior to next dose, or AT LEAST 12 hours after last dose.

Centrifuge within 2 hours of collection.  Serum must be removed from red cells and aliquot 0.5 mL into aliquot vial and refrigerate.
