Refrigerated: 12 hours
Frozen: must be frozen upon arrival and stored frozen until testing is performed.


Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
Insufficient specimen volume,specimen clotted, specimen in incorrect container, no additives can be present in tube.Sample not in single container.  No syringes with needles will be accepted inthe lab.
