One 5mL gold top tube
Pediatric: Two gold top microtainers

Instructions

WVUH Processing: Deliver the gold top to Chemistry and a 0.5 mL aliquot for Special Chemistry. Use test code SEP, SEP1 should NEVER be ordered
UML Processing: Sample must be centrifuged within two hours of collection and put into aliquot tubes following centrifugation.
