Instructions: Sample must be centrifuged within 2 hours of collection or within 4 hours if drawn in a Gray top tube. Samples collected in a red (serum)  dark green (heparin) or gray (sodium fluoride) top tube must be removed from the red cells and put into aliquot tubes following centrifugation.
