Tissue: Touch Preps (preferred) or Two 3 micron unstained paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue recut slides along with marked H&E. (Blocks can be sent and cut by Histology Department).

Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
Bone Marrow: insufficient or clotted sample, more than 4 days old when received in laboratory.
Tissue: Necrosis of Tissue sample.
