Insufficient or clotted sample, more than 4 days old when received in laboratory.
Methodology
Fluorescent In Situ Hybridization (FISH) (panel includes the following probes: PDGFRalpha, PDGFRbeta, JAK2, BCR/ABL and FGFR1)
Setup Schedule
Samples processed Monday through Saturday. Results reported Monday through Friday
