4.5 ml (3.0 ml min) lithium heparin (green); alternate-SST (gold) or Red (no additive)


Minimum Volume
1 ml plasma; alternate-serum


Instructions
If testing will be delayed, pour off plasma or serum into an aliquot tube, if not in a gel barrier tube


Specimen Stability
Serum/Plasma specimens are stable up to 48 hours room temperature or refrigerated.  It is recommended, however, that serum specimens be tested within 24 hours of collection
