Instructions
  • Collect eSwab of eye, genital tract, rectal or throat area using a eSwab transport system.
  • Return swab to included sterile tube.
  • Label container with two patient identifiers (full name, DOB or MR), specimen source, and date and time of collection.
  • Maintain sterility and forward promptly.
