Transport Container
Appropriate boxes or Bubble wrap on any container to avoid breakage of the sample tube during transportation. Swab samples should be kept in paper envelope, not in plastic bags to avoid mold.

PCR and fragment analysis. Analysis examines 24 STR markers covering 23 chromosomes.

Clinical Significance
This test establishes the donor genotype prior to transplant for use in post-transplant monitoring of the recipient.
