Instructions
Fill tube completely and keep stoppered at all times. Place on ice and transport to lab immediately. For Outreach and other non-hospital locations, centrifuge and separate plasma within 20 minutes. Keep on ice at all times during processing. Separate plasma and send frozen on dry ice.
Transport Container
Preferred (Kennestone, Windy Hill): Pink on ice; Preferred (Cobb, Douglas, Paulding): Lavender on ice

Keep on ice. Do not freeze unless sending from non-hospital location.
Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
