Instructions
Deliver specimen with lab requisition to the Chemistry Department and notify staff

In Chemistry, package specimen using Octave shipment kits 
  • Within the kit provide: specimen, cold pack, insurance information, and lab requisition
  • Record shipment tracking number in Cerner under test order as a comment.
  • Deliver package to the IRMC Receiving Department by 1pm to be shipped out.
