Anti-CarP ordering is separate from the AVISE CTD panel and only one SST is needed

Draw Monday through Thursday on off site locations. Can be drawn Monday through Friday at IRMC campus. Friday's cutoff time is 12pm to ensure delivery within 24 hours to Exagen testing labs.

10 mL serum SST and 10 mL whole blood EDTA Lavender.

Minimum Volume

1 Large SST
1 Large Lavender or x3 Small Lavenders

Instructions

Deliver specimens with lab requisition to the Chemistry Department and notify staff

In Chemistry, package specimens using AVISE shipment kits

Within the kit provide: specimens, cold pack, insurance information, and lab requisition displaying AVISE CTD or desired panel.
Record shipment tracking number in Cerner under test order as a comment.
Deliver package to the IRMC Receiving Department by 1pm to be shipped out.
