Instructions

Please pre-register @ 888-452-4762 to schedule an appointmentt Monday through Friday 6am to 3pm.

Specimen collection container with complete instructions may be picked up 119 Draw Center or IRMC outpatient laboratory.

Specimen must arrive within 30 minutes of collection at the IRMC 3rd floor main Lab. Specimen collection form must accompany specimen.

Total ejaculate. Forward promptly at ambient temperature only.
Note: 1. Patient should have 2 to 7 days of sexual abstinence at time of semen collection for accurate results.
2. Patient name and date and time of collection are required on request form for processing.
