In Chemistry, package specimens using Invitae shipment kits

Within the kit provide: specimens, insurance information, and lab requisition.
Record shipment tracking number in Cerner under test order as a comment.
Deliver package to the IRMC Receiving Department by 1pm to be shipped out.
