Order "AVISE" and indicate Anti-CarP. 
Anti-CarP requires one SST. 

Draw Monday through Thursday on off site locations. Can be drawn Monday through Friday at IRMC campus. Friday's cutoff time is 12pm to ensure delivery within 24 hours to Exagen testing labs.

Instructions
Deliver specimens with lab requisition to the Chemistry Department and notify staff

In Chemistry, package specimens using AVISE shipment kits 
  • Within the kit provide: specimens, cold pack, insurance information, and lab requisition displaying desired panel. 
  • Record shipment tracking number in Cerner under test order as a comment.
  • Deliver package to the IRMC Receiving Department by 1pm to be shipped out.

Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
Received in lab >24 hours
