Instructions

Deliver specimens with lab recquisition to the Chemistry Department and notify staff

In Chemistry, package specimens using Circulogene shipment kits

Within the kit provide: specimens, cold pack, insurance information, and lab requisition.
Record shipment tracking number in Cerner under test order as a comment.
Deliver package to the IRMC Receiving Department by 1pm to be shipped out.
