Clinical Significance
This CD3 antibody detects a cytoplasmic component of the CD3 antigen complex and is a immunohistochemical marker of both T-cells and natural killer (NK)-cells. This antibody can be used for detection of T-cell and NK-cell neoplasms and for the estimation of the relative proportion of T-cells in reactive infiltrates.
