Preferred Specimen
1 mL semen collected in sterile, wide-mouth container


Patient Preparation
Specimen should be collected by masturbation. Patient should have not ejaculated for 2-7 days prior to submission of specimen or as doctor has directed. Contact your local laboratory in advance.

Minimum Volume
1 mL


Instructions
Collect in a sterile, wide-mouth plastic container. Note date and time of collection. The specimen should be delivered to the lab as soon as possible following collection.
